So how busy are you?
February 24, 2012
“You’re probably not as busy as you say you are” is the title of a blog post I saw a few days ago.
You may not agree with everything in it, but it made some good points.
You may not want to do what it suggest, but it made some good points.
And you might not care to see the statistics.
But the one thing you can’t argue is that we all have a finite amount of time in a given day…not one minute more or less…and if we don’t determine how we’re going to spend it, it will spend us. It will waste us. It will be wasted. And the time will never return.
So as the philosopher Publius Syrus said…
“It is not enough to be busy…so are ants.
The question is, what are we busy about?”
So what is it that’s occupying your time? What are you busy about? If it’s not the most important thing…beware. How can you move your mindset to make the change you need to make?
